Only what you type into the enquiry form or the live chat: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in, your timescale and anything you add in the message box. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and provide a quotation. Enquiries submitted here are passed to vetted installers in your area.
Your enquiry is passed to Lead Mason and to the installer selected to carry out the survey and any subsequent work. We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@leadmason.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
