The detail
Colours are matched to your brand reference and checked against samples. Sizes are set out to suit the frontage proportions rather than filling every inch. Sign trays and canopies are fixed back to the building structure, not just the fascia board.
How we handle it
Midlands Shopfronts covers the full frontage: the glazing, the entrance door, the fascia above it and the shutter that closes over it at night. Keeping it all with one team means one survey, one set of drawings and one person accountable when the job is signed off.

How much do canopies and awnings cost?
Budget from £1,250 plus VAT as a starting point. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
How long does it take?
Manufacture usually takes 3-4 weeks after survey. Installation in your is usually a day or two once everything is made. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.

Is the survey free?
Yes. The survey is free and carries no obligation to go ahead.
How long is the quotation valid?
Quotations are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
How do payments work?
A deposit is taken when you accept the quotation, a further stage payment on the first day of installation, and the balance on satisfactory completion. The exact split is set out on your quotation.
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
